Job Description:

Digital Marketing Assistant Roles and Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create graphics, videos, and other promotional materials.
2. Social Media Marketing:
  • Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community.
  • Track and analyze social media performance to optimize future campaigns.
3. Email Marketing:
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, event invites, and follow-up emails.
  • Maintain and segment email databases for targeted outreach.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC):
  • Assist in optimizing website content and structure for search engines.
  • Support the execution of paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor and report on SEO rankings and PPC performance.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.

6. Event Promotion:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and events.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with event goals.
  • Assist in creating buzz through teaser campaigns, countdowns, and live event coverage.
7. Audience Engagement:
  • Engage with exhibitors, attendees, and stakeholders through digital platforms.
  • Collect feedback and insights to improve future events and marketing strategies.
8. CRM and Lead Management:
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Track leads generated from digital campaigns and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
9. Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor competitors’ digital marketing activities and identify trends or opportunities.
10. Budget Management:
  • Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
